Joe Hedley began his career in education, teaching middle and high school math and science in collaborative, interdisciplinary learning environments focused on critical thinking and problem solving.
After earning graduate degrees in biology and working in scientific and research environments, he spent years traveling alongside his wife during her career as an ER travel nurse while building their family together.
During that time, he saw firsthand how difficult it could be for traveling clinicians and mobile professionals to find consistent, high-quality financial guidance. Traditional planning models often struggle to address the realities of multistate careers, changing income structures, irregular benefits, burnout, and financial complexity.
Today, Joe works with individuals and families seeking practical financial guidance with an emphasis on education, behavioral awareness, long-term planning, and comprehensive strategy.
